Villa Simonetta is a recently refurbished historical villa set with panoramic views of Lago Maggiore in the small village Bee. The staircase leads to a large neo-renaissance tower. The views of the lake and the Alps are spectacular from all floors.The flooring is a mixture of herringbone oak floors, white marble hexagon tiles, and traditional cement tiles. The large windows provide natural light. The current furniture is heritage style but can be temporarily moved if required. The house is easy to access from the UK, with a 1.5 hour flight to Milan Malpensa, followed by 1h 15 min drive from the airport.
