A warehouse conversion with a 21 foot height open plan loft space and skylights.
The location has exposed brick walls, original wooden flooring and large steel windows. Wooden and metal beams, industrial pendant ceiling lights and a bulthaup kitchen with an island.
The building dates back to 1878, belonging to the North Metropolitan Tramways Company when it was a forage warehouse for its horses. It comprised a canal side granary with attached boiler and engine house, offices and a house. It is the best remaining example in south east England of a canal-side granary.
