Victorian house with modern architect designed double height L-shaped rear extension in glass, painted white inside and out. There is a polished concrete floor and a bespoke kitchen in tiger oak and walnut with black work-tops. A seating area with large sofa and double window seats faces the garden, with a hidden television that sinks into the ground. Full length is 14m x 6m (into seating area).
