An underground victorian build which used to be an old boiler room, has double height ceiling, with exposed brickwork and concrete floor. A further space for lounge room, kitchen and changing area, it is not as furnished as seen in the photos so more flexibility for creativity. The space has a standard power supply. With covid, max capacity is 22 people, usually can hold 50 people.
It is on a cobbled alley way which has two parking spaces available.
Nearest station is Haggerston overground station and a minute walk from the canal.
